Return Property Services is delighted to announce a new addition to our growing London team – John Young, who has joined us as Contracts Director.
John brings a wealth of experience to his new role as Contracts Director, having previously served for a decade at P J Harte Ltd, a well-respected, family-owned business. During his tenure with P J Harte John contributed to the company’s success through his commitment to delivering projects to the highest-quality standards for their key Central London clients.
Prior to his role at P J Harte Ltd, John served as a Senior Customer Manager at Grosvenor, where he played a key role on several flagship Central London projects and cut his teeth in the London property sector.
John also brings a fresh and highly valuable perspective to the business from his experience working for Converse in Australia (yes, the All-Star sneaker brand) – and his two years as a Management Consultant with Neural Networks Consulting.
In addition to his extensive work experience, John holds many safety and operational accreditations including a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building MCIOB (Chartered Construction Manager & Understanding Building Conservation). John is also a passionate advocate for sustainability and will be driving the agenda for Return Property Services as we continue to align with our clients on net-zero targets.
