Mental health plays an important role in coping with your life, making the most of your potential, and playing a full part in family, workplace, community, and friends. Depression is one of the leading causes of disability. Suicide is the second.

Feeling stressed, frightened, anxious, and feeling down are some of the feelings that some of us experience. These feelings do tend to pass but there are times when they develop into a more serious problem.  Knowing how you feel and talking about your feelings and mental health problems is healthy.
