Return Property Services is a fast-growing construction and refurbishment company located in North Acton, London.  Our office is a fun place to be and that’s mainly because everyone in the team believes in the mission and is seriously good at what they do. Our growth and ambitious plans now require a full-time Finance Manager to join the team.


The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining and operating the company’s financial systems and providing the directors with pertinent and coherent information to aid in the continued growth of the business.


  • Up to £32,000 salary

Bookkeeping, including:

  • Maintaining payables & receivables ledger
  • Preparing payables reports
  • Reconciling bank & credit card statements
  • Maintain purchase order system
  • Prepare & issue sales invoices
  • CIS verification
  • Setting up payments on banking
  • Purchase order system implementation

Accounting, including;

  • Preparation & submission of VAT returns
  • Preparation & submission of CIS returns
  • Payroll including RTI submissions
  • Cash flow forecasting & monitoring


  • At least 5 years experience
  • Experience with Xero or similar accountancy software
  • Capable of working independently
  • Qualified to minimum of AAT level 3
  • Construction industry experience
